Amir Ismail started his immigration consulting career in 1991 at his family immigration support firm in Karachi, Pakistan. He successfully served clients in the area of Canadian immigration, the UK Highly Skilled Migrant Program (now UK Tier 1) and Malaysia My Second Home Program.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Ismail is a Regulated Canadian
Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a Member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) He is also a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and a Fellow of Canadian Migration Institute. As
such, being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and
Member of ICCRC, Mr. Ismail is recognized by government of Canada as an
Authorized Representative who can deal with the Canadian immigration
authorities on behalf of clients and can represent, advise or consult
the clients regarding their Canadian immigration applications. The
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) certification confirms
that the consultant is an authorized representative recognized by the
Federal government organizations including the departments of
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Human Resources and Social
Development Canada (HRSDC), the Immigration Refugee Board, and Canadian
Border Services Agency (CBSA) as well as Provincial and Territorial
Governments. They are required to abide by a Code of Professional
Conduct. He works with, and on behalf of, his clients to assist them in successfully completing what can be a complicated process.

Mr. Ismail holds the prestigious and specialized qualification
of Immigration Practitioner Certificate (IPC) with high honours from
Seneca College of Arts and Technology, Toronto, Canada, a program upon
which the former regulator Canadian Society of Immigration Consultant's
(CSIC) educational standards were based. The program was accredited by
the CSIC, the former regulatory body for immigration consultants and
Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). In
addition, the program has been developed and endorsed by William
H.Angus, Professor Emeritus, Osgoode Hall Law School, the Organization
of Professional Immigration Consultants, the Association of Immigration
Counsel of Canada, and in consultation with the Citizenship and
Immigration Executive Section of the Canadian Bar Association of
Ontario. Leading immigration lawyers assists in coordinating the
program.
Earlier in in his career, Mr. Ismail got the opportunity
to work in close liaison with senior immigration consultants and
immigration lawyers. Mr. Ismail has gained valuable experience working
with the top immigration professionals. He is formally trained in
immigration consulting. His abilities to head the operations of credible
and renowned immigration firms were enhanced by his Bachelors degree in
information technology and Masters degree in business administration.
