Reunite with Your Loved Ones in Canada
If you’re a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you can bring your spouse, children, or parents to live with you in Canada. Our licensed immigration experts ensure the process is accurate, stress-free, and personalized.
Family Sponsorship - Canada’s Way of Keeping Families Together
Canada welcomes over 100,000 new permanent residents each year through its family sponsorship programs. If you’re a citizen or permanent resident, you can apply to sponsor close family members so they can become permanent residents and eventually Canadian citizens.
Family reunification is a core pillar of Canada’s immigration policy, and one we’re proud to help our clients achieve.
Who Can You Sponsor to Canada?
You may be eligible to sponsor:
-
Your spouse, common-law, or conjugal partner (see our full Spousal Sponsorship Guide)
-
Your dependent children, whether biological or adopted
-
Your parents and grandparents through the Parents & Grandparents Program (PGP) – currently paused.
-
Your parents or grandparents for a long-term stay through the Super Visa
Each category has its own eligibility and income criteria, which our team will assess for you.
Who Can Become a Sponsor
To sponsor your family to Canada, you must:
-
Be 18 years or older
-
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Canada
-
Show that you can financially support your sponsored family members
-
Not be receiving social assistance (other than for a disability)
Certain legal or financial situations can make you temporarily ineligible. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your circumstances and guide you on how to become eligible again if needed.
