Passport Map: See Where Your Passport Goes and What a Second One Adds
Pick the passport you hold, add a second one, and see on one map where you can travel without a visa in advance. The data refreshes every week. Use it to see what each of our citizenship by investment passports would add for you.
Where can you go with your passport, and what would a second one add?
Choose the passport you hold and the map shows every country you can enter without a visa in advance. Add a second passport and the countries it opens that yours does not turn green. The count includes visa-free entry, visa on arrival and electronic travel authorisation, the same basis as the Global Passport Ranking.
- Open with your passport
- Added by the second passport
- Visa needed
- Home country
- No data

How do you read the passport map?
Bronze countries are open with the passport you hold, green countries are added by the second passport, and dark grey countries need a visa before you travel. Your home countries are black and left out of the counts. Grey with a light shade means the data service has no entry for that place.
- Step 1: Choose the passport you hold from the first list.
- Step 2: Add a second passport. Our seven programme passports are listed first, and every other passport is below them.
- Step 3: Read the three numbers above the map, then open the list view to see every country by name.
Hover or tap any country to see how you would enter it. The map works on a phone as well as a desktop.
What does the passport map not tell you?
The map shows entry rules only. It does not show how hard a passport is to get, what it costs, or whether you may live or work in the country.
A visa-free stay is short, and each country sets its own limit. Some also ask for proof of funds or a return ticket, so confirm the rules with the embassy before you book.

More citizenship tools
Looking at residence rather than citizenship? Try the residence cost calculator or the residence finder. A residence permit is not a passport.
