Residence by Investment Cost Calculator: See What Your Family Would Pay

Enter your family and pick a currency to see the estimated upfront cost of each residence programme we cover: the capital you place, the government fees and the income you need to show. Every figure comes from an official government page or is labelled with its source on the card. Residence is not citizenship.

We work with qualified local partners in each country, who file your application. We stay your point of contact.

What would your family pay for residence by investment?

Choose your family and the calculator shows the estimated upfront cost of each programme: the capital you place or hold, plus the government fees. Income routes show the yearly income you need to prove instead. Figures come from official pages read on 22 October 2026.

What does the estimate include and leave out?

The estimate includes the capital you place or hold and the government fees listed on official pages. It leaves out professional fees, taxes, insurance, property transfer costs and travel.

Where a programme sets its fees case by case, the card says so and links to the programme page. Capital is the lowest qualifying route, so a bigger route costs more.

How do you use the estimate?

  1. Step 1: Enter your spouse, children and parents, then pick your currency.
  2. Step 2: Compare the upfront totals and the income tests, and filter by region or route.
  3. Step 3: Open the programme page for the rules and sources, then Book a Strategy Consultation to check your own case.
