FOR BUSINESS OWNERS, ENTREPRENEURS, AND INVESTORS READY TO BUILD IN CANADA.
You Have Built Something. Now Build Your Future in Canada.
You have the net worth. You have the business experience. You have the track record.
What you do not have is a clear answer to one question: which pathway actually works for someone like you in 2026?
The federal Start-Up Visa is gone. Ontario’s Entrepreneur Stream is suspended. And every consultant you have spoken to seems to be selling you a program rather than giving you an honest assessment.
In one 30-minute session, we will review your financial profile, business background, and immigration goals, and give you a straight answer on which Canadian pathway is realistic, which is not, and exactly what your next step should be.

You Are Probably Experiencing at Least One of These Right Now
You have done your research. You know Canada has business immigration programs. But every article you read gives you a different number, a different program name, and a different set of requirements. You are not sure which information is current and which is two years out of date.
You have capital ready to deploy. But you are not willing to move it into a foreign country without a clear, structured plan from someone who is accountable for the advice they give you.
You may have already spoken to a consultant who was enthusiastic about your case right up until they asked for a retainer. Now you are wondering whether the optimism was real or whether it was a sales pitch.
You have a family. Moving your business and your household to a new country is not a decision you make lightly. You need certainty before you commit, not encouragement.
You are not lacking ambition or capital. You are lacking one thing: a clear, honest assessment from a licensed professional who has done this for over three decades.
That is what this session is for.

WHAT WE COVER IN YOUR SESSION
In 30 Minutes, You Will Have Clarity on All of This
Whether Your Net Worth and Business Profile Qualifies You
Not every program is open to every investor. Active PNP entrepreneur streams in 2026 have net worth thresholds ranging from $250,000 CAD to $600,000 CAD depending on province and location. I will map your verified net worth against every active stream and tell you precisely where you qualify and where you do not.
Which Province Is the Right Strategic Fit for Your Business
BC, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories all have active entrepreneur streams right now. Each has different investment minimums, community requirements, and processing timelines. The right choice depends on your business sector, your capital, your family situation, and how quickly you need to move. I will give you a ranked shortlist based on your specific profile.
Whether the C11 Work Permit Is Your Fastest Entry Point
The Work Permit for Business Owners with Temporary Residence Intent (formerly known as C11) is currently the only federal mechanism for entrepreneurs wanting to establish a business in Toronto or any city where the provincial stream is suspended. I will tell you whether this route makes strategic sense for your situation, what the significant benefit test requires, and what the realistic processing timeline looks like.
How to Structure Your Role for Maximum PR Pathway Flexibility
Your title and corporate structure inside your Canadian company directly affects your PR options, your spouse's ability to work in Canada, and your CEC eligibility. Getting this wrong at the start costs you months and significant legal fees to fix later. I will explain exactly how your role should be structured before you incorporate.
What Your Documentation Needs to Look Like Before You Apply
Every currently active stream rthird-party verified net worth documentation from designated firms including KPMG, MNP, and Grant Thornton. Assets with unclear provenance, undocumented loans, or cryptocurrency without traceable ledgers create serious problems at the assessment stage. I will walk you through what clean documentation looks like and what gaps you need to address before filing.
A Realistic Timeline and Cost Breakdown
You will leave the session knowing what a genuinely realistic timeline looks like for your profile, what the government fees are, what professional fees are involved, and what capital you need to have ready before your application is submitted. No vague projections.
Three Steps to a Clear Path Forward
Step 1: Book Your Strategy Assessment
Choose a time on the calendar. Provide basic information about your business background, net worth range, and immigration goals. This takes five minutes.
Step 2: We Review Your Full Business and Financial Profile
In our confidential 30-minute Zoom session, I personally assess your eligibility across every active Canadian entrepreneur and investor pathway. You ask every question you have. I give you direct, specific answers grounded in the current 2026 policy landscape.
Step 3: You Move Forward With a Structured Plan
You leave with a clear recommendation on your strongest pathway, a realistic timeline, and a specific next step. If we identify documentation gaps, I will tell you exactly what needs to be resolved before you can file a competitive application.
What Makes This Different From Every Other Consultant
You Have Spoken To
We will Tell You What You Need to Hear, Not What You Want to Hear
Business immigration decisions involve real capital, real relocation costs, and real risk to your family. I have been doing this for over 34 years. I will not tell you your application is strong if it is not. That honesty is the most valuable thing I can give you in 30 minutes, and it is the thing most consultants are unwilling to provide because they are worried about losing the retainer.
We know Which Programs Are Actually Processing right now
The federal Start-Up Visa closed January 1, 2026. The Ontario Entrepreneur Stream is suspended. Saskatchewan’s SINP Entrepreneur Stream has been suspended since 2023 with no reopening date announced. Several consultants are still advising clients to wait for these programs. We will not waste your time on suspended programs. We will only discuss what is open, active, and processing right now.
We Understand the Capital Risk You Are Taking
PNP entrepreneur streams are not passive investment vehicles. Several provinces require refundable deposits of $100,000 to $200,000 CAD held by the provincial government. Fail to establish your business according to your Business Performance Agreement and that deposit is forfeited. We will explain every financial commitment you are making before you make it, not after.
We have handled Complex, High-Stakes Business Immigration Files
Our client base includes company founders, senior executives, farm operators, and investors from across the Gulf, South Asia, Europe, and North America. We understand how business ownership is documented in different jurisdictions, how to present foreign corporate structures to Canadian immigration officers, and how to handle files where the financial documentation requires careful preparation.
Licensed, Regulated, and Fully Accountable
We are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, RCIC #R412319, licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). You can verify our license at cicc-iccrc.ca. That accountability is the difference between advice you can rely on and advice that disappears when something goes wrong.
Below is a 24/7 open, secure, and convenient way to book immigration consultations without the need to call us in Toronto. Consultations are available via ZOOM or IN-PERSON at your convenience. Please read our consultation booking policy before making an online or offline booking. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the policy unconditionally.

Questions Business Owners Ask Before Booking
The Start-Up Visa permanently closed to new applicants on January 1, 2026. If you had a pending application before that date it continues processing, but no new applications are accepted. The pathways that remain active are provincial entrepreneur streams and the C11 Work Permit for Business Owners with Temporary Residence Intent. The session will identify which of these aligns with your profile.
Ontario’s Entrepreneur Stream is currently suspended, which means there is no PNP pathway for Toronto right now. The only option for a Toronto-based business is the C11 Work Permit, which requires proving significant benefit to Canada through job creation, technological advancement, or other measurable economic contribution. Whether a Toronto business plan can meet that test depends entirely on the nature of the business. I will give you an honest assessment in the session.
Potentially, but this depends on how the assets are documented and whether they meet the “unencumbered” requirement used by provincial programs. Assets in informal arrangements, undocumented loans, or without a clear paper trail create problems at the net worth verification stage. This is one of the most common issues I see in business immigration files and one of the most important things to address before you spend time and money on an application.
Not necessarily, but rural and regional streams offer lower investment thresholds and in some cases faster processing. The BC Regional Pilot requires a community under 75,000 population located 30km or more from a major centre. Alberta’s Rural Entrepreneur Stream has similar requirements. If you want to live in Vancouver, Calgary, or a larger city, different streams apply with higher investment thresholds. The session will map your location preference against what is available.
Yes, but your corporate structure must be set up correctly from the start. Following policy changes that took effect January 21, 2025, spousal open work permits require the principal applicant to hold a TEER 0 management or TEER 1 professional position. This means your role in your Canadian company must be formally documented as CEO, President, or Executive Director with appropriate corporate governance in place. Getting this wrong at incorporation is expensive to fix.
This varies significantly by program. PNP entrepreneur streams typically require 12 to 24 months of active business operation before you can apply for nomination, followed by federal PR processing. The C11 to PR transition adds additional time. A realistic total timeline from initial application to permanent residence is 2 to 4 years depending on the province, your business performance, and federal processing times at the time of your PR application. I will give you a timeline specific to your situation in the session.
No. Any consultant who guarantees a business immigration approval is giving you a sales pitch, not professional advice. IRCC and provincial authorities make the final decision. What I can guarantee is that your application will be built on an accurate assessment of your eligibility, structured correctly from the start, and supported by documentation that meets the current evidentiary standard. That is the difference between a competitive application and an expensive rejection.
Yes. If you choose to retain AIA within 30 days of your session, the consultation fee is credited toward your retainer. Full details are confirmed at the time of booking.

Get a Clear Path to CANADA AS A SKILLED WORKER
The Right Business Immigration Decision Starts With an Honest Assessment
Business immigration to Canada is not a passive process. It requires capital commitment, physical relocation, active day-to-day management, and documented performance over 12 to 24 months before you receive permanent residence.
The entrepreneurs who succeed are the ones who go in with accurate information, the right program for their specific profile, and documentation that has been prepared properly from day one.
Those who struggle are the ones who were told what they wanted to hear by someone who needed the retainer.
This session exists to give you the first kind of advice.
