PNP draw cut-offs 2026 have fallen while round sizes have grown. The rounds data that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada publishes (checked October 9, 2026) lists 19 Provincial Nominee Program rounds from January 5 to September 28, 2026. They invited 9,270 candidates. The latest cut-off was 725.

What do the PNP draw cut-offs 2026 show?

Across the 19 rounds, IRCC invited 9,270 nominees. The largest round was draw 419 on June 22, with 955 invitations at 730. The smallest was draw 399 on March 2, with 264 invitations at 710. The highest cut-off was 805 on May 25. The lowest was 697 on August 31.

These rounds are for candidates who already hold a provincial nomination. Our page on PNP draws explains how that route works. For the full route to a nomination, see our PNP for skilled workers guide.

Why are PNP draw cut-offs 2026 so high?

A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points, according to IRCC’s scoring grid. That means a cut-off of 725 is the 600 nomination points plus 125 from the rest of the profile. The high number does not mean you need a perfect profile. It means the nomination is already counted.

Did PNP rounds get bigger?

Yes. The first 11 rounds, from January 5 to May 25, invited 4,450 candidates. The next eight, from June 22 to September 28, invited 4,820. The latest round, draw 445 on September 28, invited 733, the second largest of the 19. Average cut-offs fell from about 767 to about 733.

Averages hide a lot. The cut-off ranged from 697 to 805, so one round does not predict the next. IRCC’s file gives no reason for the size changes, so we cannot confirm one.

What should nominees do while they wait?

Keep your Express Entry profile active and accurate. Keep your language results and reference letters valid. A complete profile matters more than a few extra points. Review it every month, and update it as soon as your work, family or language details change.

Check your score with our CRS calculator. For a view of the other draw types, read our Express Entry draw results page and our French speaker draws post. You can also see how a CEC cut-off of 515 compares.
