What you walk away with
Every session is one-on-one and confidential. You bring your questions, we bring a plan.
A clear read on your options
We review your profile and show which programs you can use now, and which you cannot. You hear it straight, even when the answer is not what you hoped.
A step-by-step plan
You get a recommended pathway and the order of the steps. You know what to do first and what to leave alone.
Fewer costly mistakes
Wrong forms, missing proof and weak timing cause most refusals. We point out the risks in your file before you spend money on it.
Costs and timelines
We explain government fees, professional fees and realistic timelines for your case. No vague ranges.
Answers to your questions
Bring your list. Nothing is off the table, from a past refusal to a family situation.
The right guides for your case
We point you to the pages that match your situation, such as Express Entry, family sponsorship, study permits or work permits.
One wrong choice at the start can cost months or years
Immigration rules change often, and much of the advice online is out of date. A form filed under the wrong program, or a gap you did not see, can mean delays, a refusal or a restart.
A 30-minute session is a small step that protects the rest of your plan.

Questions before you book
Does a consultation guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. No one can ethically guarantee an approval, because the government makes the final decision. We give you an honest assessment and help you prepare the strongest application possible.
Is the consultation fee credited if I hire you?
Yes. If you retain Amir Ismail & Associates within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is credited toward your professional fees. We confirm the details when you book.
My case is complicated. Can you still help?
Yes. We handle complex files, including refusals, gaps in work history and mixed family situations. The session is the best time to explain the details so we can choose the right strategy.
What should I have ready for the session?
Bring a short summary of your education, work history and family. If you have a refusal letter or a previous application, have it on hand. Add your list of questions and goals.
Who will I speak with?
You speak with a licensed and regulated immigration consultant, not a call-centre agent. Amir Ismail holds RCIC licence R412319 with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
Which booking page should I use?
Use the skilled worker booking page if you plan to use Express Entry, a provincial nominee program or the Canadian Experience Class. Use the business and investor booking page if you plan to start or buy a business in Canada. Everyone else can book here.
Your plan starts with one conversation
You have the goals. Now get the facts from someone who is accountable for the advice. You speak with a licensed RCIC, and your information stays confidential.
